I contacted MidwestIndustries' customer support after an exhaustive search for a replacement screw & nut for their sig556 flip-up front site. I lost the original hardware because I lose stuff -- especially small stuff.
Anyway I sent an email explaining my issue to the customer service address linked on their page and five minutes later I got a reply telling me that the parts were in the mail -- they arrived as promised today.

Kinda a story of hope.
