Is buying a stripped lower like buying a handgun.... having to wait 30 days between drosing? Or can you buy as many as you want on the same dros? If so I might add another to my dros this weekend...

30 days does not apply to long guns.

As many as you want. But be sure that the dealer marks the DROS for multiple purchase.
