How do you pin the stock on the ACR's and the Scar's? Does someone make a tool for this. Also who makes the best maglock for these and where can I get them?

Pics and info would be greatly appreciated.

I'm pretty sure Munkeeboi did it with a SCAR and posted up a guide. I'll see if i can find it.

Here it is! (http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/showthread.php?t=249526)

To my knowledge no kits have been made yet, so its a do it yourself proposition for now. Somebody else may know of a kit for it, but I certainly haven't seen it yet.

No need to pin the stock on a Bushmaster ACR. Because the stock does not fold.
The enhanced ACR has a folding stock and costs about $1000 more, but those are not available.

Are you sure the enhanced ACR is not available? I could have sworn when I was at the gunshop where I bought my KRISS up in Washingon they had one with a folding stock on the LE shelf but so was my KRISS and I was able to purchase that...

This is the solution we came up with and works great! Remove the stock push pin and then insert our block put a penny in so when you tighten the block you won't risk damaging the stock. As you can see this takes less than 60 seconds so if you ever want or have the need to return to a folder you can do so and your SCAR will not suffer any damage. If anyone wants one let me know, we have the same design for SIG folders. Once the enhanced ACR's come out we will design a pin to fit, I'll get some pics of the SIG pin, but it's the same concept. A few members have used these and everyone likes them.

To my knowledge Prince50 is the only one who makes them. Lan World sells them or you can PM Prince50 (Darin), he's a member here.

Im mainly looking for dealers that will accept them dissassembled. I have always used Cold War but its a 5 hour drive for me. Im looking for someone in the Bakersfield or Palmdale/Lancaster/Rosemand area. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well I ordered the Bullet Buttons and Raddlocks for the rifles earlier this afternoon. Im now looking for a So-Cal dealer who will accept the rifles if I buy them from gunbroker and have them shipped dissassembled.

Where in Socal are you? I like to go to Independent Armament Company in San Fernando. Theyre the only place I go to unless I am forced to go elsewhere.
