Does anyone know of a good muzzle brake for a bull barrel (Stag Model 6L) that measures 0.925" at the muzzle that will fit flush after the barrel has been threaded? I have found a few that are .95" straight brakes and .95" brakes that taper in the back but I don't know how much. How do the ones look with the brake with a .25" larger diameter? I imagine terrible. I have seen some barrels turned on a lathe at the muzzle before the back end of the muzzle brake to compensate for the smaller back end of the brake. Here are a couple links of the ones I have found.

MB-34-875-SS-T QD Brake S/S 3/4 ins. - ..875 -.975 Tapered

http://www.hollandguns.com/index.html Scroll down to see sizes....actually you have to hit the muzzle brakes link at the top of the page to get there first...then scroll down.

That one will blend great with your barrel , Randall will thread it and make the taper match perfectly with your barrel when he indexes it. It will have very little taper whatsoever as your barrel is close to the high end of the taper sizing.

He put this exact same brake on my friends barrel.

I've bought a few brakes from this guy off ebay. His brakes are very nicely machined. This one is exactly .920" OD:

Bennie cooley MB. I'm using the .875 on my whiteoak bull barrel and I have the 0.925 for an RRA bull barrel. One of the best brakes on the market IMO
