I've been trying so hard to get my research in front of the assembly members regarding AB1934. I really need the community's help

Please read, please send to your Assemblyperson. I've already sent this to Chris Norby and have it buzzing in his office.

It covers the unconstitutionality of state and federal infringements of the 2nd amendment, added compelling and substantiated statistics showing that guns work and gun control doesn't, and I even examined parts of the bill on who it arms, the punishments, etc.

Real loaded open carry in California, for all intents and purpose, effectively died 1/1/10 due to AB1363.

A ban on UOC is no more or less a restriction on our (as yet unavailable) second amendment rights than a ban on the open carry of hammers.

Great article! I'll send a link to my assemblyman and state senator.

FYI, I asserted that AB 1934 is yet another racist gun law here (http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/showpost.php?p=4199822&postcount=13). The guy who started that thread (pullnshoot25) lives in Saldana's district. It's unlikely that any of this info will change her mind, but heck, it's worth a try.
