Hey guys,

Quick question: I know it is illegal to import magazines from other states. Is the only way to do this is by having an FFL order them and having them do the modification? There's gotta be a way to do this outside of an FFL....it's absolutely ridiculous!

You can import separated parts. T

These parts can be reassembled into locap magazine... providing the capacity reduction is:
(1) permanent [i.e, essentially unrecoverable higher capacity], and
(2) happens before magazine is reassembled.

Hmm....would it be possible then to buy them over state lines, disassemble them and import them, then permanently reassemble with mod in place?

Some people do.

But in fact there are suppliers of mag parts kits here at Calguns -see the ads.
