Hey everyone,

I wanted to get a value on two firearms I may be planning on selling.

First one is A2 style AR with a FAB 10 lower and RRA 20" Hbar.

Second is a AK47 purchased from Henderson Defense with a monsterman grip (That's a 10/30 mag)

Is the AK47 a WASR10? How many rounds have you shot, what will be included. Any problems with canting, FTF, FTE? What kind of wood? Original? Tapco trigger? Just a little more details.

AR rifles have come way down in price. Realistically I would say 750ish for the AR and 600'ish for the AK. Give or take 10%. It really all depends on weather you want a post with endless bumps or you actually want to sell the item. Some people can hold out and wait till they get the right buyer, and the right buyer WILL come along. its a matter of how long can you wait. i would put them up for a reasonable price to sell quick if you are looking for a quick sale. if you need the most amount then put it higher and let someone talk you down.
Good luck

It's actually an AK-101 back when Henderson Defense was selling them in black furniture. I had them remove the furniture and add on some stained red wood. Came out really nice. I would say around 300 rounds down the pipe (That's being conservative). It will come with an east German kit which contains a bag and Mini tin with cleaning tools. I also have the bayonet for it. It will come with 3 10 round mags and 1 10/30 PMAG. No canting, FTF or FTE. I believe the trigger group is Tapco but I don't remember and I can't find that detail on any of my documents.

Thanks Rob454. So 750 and 600 would be the higher end of a sale price or middle ground?

So it's an AK101 not an Ak47 correct? It fires the 5.56 round yeah? Big difference.

Well it wouldn't be an actual AK-101. Henderson Defense was selling it under that model name but it fires 7.62x39. I forgot the reasoning for them doing that. But the receiver is an NDS-3

Ahh you are just trying to confused me then! I would say around $600ish maybe $550 if you want to move it.

I sold my NDS-3 AK for $450 5-6 months ago.

The WASR should be $500 or less, IMO.

There is one WASR going for $550 or so in the for sale section, and it is not moving.

If you're interested in selling the AK for $500 or so, PM me as I might be interested.

Sell the AR upper for $450 with BCG/CH, sell the Stock, Tube, spring and buffer for $50. total cash $480ish (after you pay for shipping the parts) You are not going to get much more for a FAB10 AR15, or even a frankenAR with a FAB10 lower.

Keep the lower for when you have cash to rebuild it.

Unfortunately, your FAB10 is going to be a real hard sale. Most people do not want sealed mag wells. Personally, I like them because, they are different. But, I have enough open mag well lowers to justify having a couple FAB10 lowers too. If you can find a normal lower for $95 OTD, you should get it, rebuild the rifle on the regular lower and sell it for $150 more than you'll get for it now. I once bought two complete FAB10 lowers for $175 total. $300 uppers got me two seal mag well ARs at less then $400 a piece.

As far as the AK goes, who cares if you had a 30 round mag in it? It's featureless so, it would be perfectly legal to use 30 round mags in it. Anyway, I'd guess current market price would be in the $500 to $550 range.
