Last I hear (back in Feb 2010) was that "Constitutional Carry" (aka "Alaska Carry" ("Vermont Carry" + Shall Issue option)), had passed WY's house/assembly and was heading over to their senate (http://www.nraila.org/News/Read/InTheNews.aspx?id=13446). I haven't heard anything new since then re its status. Anyone know?

I found out that their senate often kills pro-2nd A bills. Ck out the 2nd audio linked in an article here: http://www.sheridanmedia.com/news/speaker-house-comments-failed-concealed-carry-bill8531

Perhaps now that AZ has passed Constitutional Carry, WY voters in June and/or November will replace many of those state senators who voted against Constitutional Carry.
