Why would it be illegal?

nothing shown in that picture would make that handgun illegal to possess in CA.

I don't know, It's black.... we should make it illegal just in case!

Seriously though It looks like a normal 27 with a facny laser that attaches to the trigger guard. Seems perfectly legal to me!

Cheers

When did cutting lasers become legal?

You probably getting confuse because there is a laser attach on it. The laser is an attachment, and does not change the model number of the Glock (for the Roster).

It was a trick question all along! THIS glock 27, Is full auto, chambered for .50 BMG, has a detachable 100 round magazine, an invisible bayonet, a grenade launcher, a flash supressor, a forward vertical grip, a folding buttstock, a silencer, a rotating cylinder, a smooth bore barrel designed to fire a fixed shot shell, It is a Zip Gun, a Saturday Night Special, a Street Sweeper, It is an SBR, an SBS, a destructive device, linsey lohan, and an Ak47.

Did I forget anything?

It has a grenade launcher!

LOL

I asked because of the laser.

Seems I read somewhere that even lasers can be problematic legally in the Republic of California.

There's a difference between what is allowed per CA statute law and case law and what a lawyer might try to sell to the jury. I have a laser on my gun. The elements for a defense to murder based on self defense are either there or not.

Dude you got a laser... why do you need bullets? You can just burn a hole through them, or cut them in half. Or does the gun not fire bullets anymore, and where the mag well is really where the power source is?

Only issue I've ever heard, involved some LE departments not allowing lasers for duty use and for use on handguns listed on CCW permits.
But, that's department policy and not the law.

It's a G36, not a 27.

For a fancy laser it doesn't go very far.

You should use the laser to teach in class. Then it won't be legal.

THAT GUN IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL.....sell it to me fast before they come get you and take you to jail!!!!! Just kidding...I don't it, I don't wanna to go to jail either. ahahahaha.

lasers do not make guns illegal. Night vison scopes MOUNTED on weapons (such as rifles) are illegal. PRK refers to those as "Sniper Scopes". Funny thing is they are not illegal to possess, it's only illegal if you mount it on a weapon.
