Yes, as long as you would be legal gun owner (not a prohibited person). But, do your own legal research, never take another person's 'word' for something as serious as gun ownership and rights.

I can't wait until fall.

We should start a thread about carpooling out there to show our support.

Yes on first part.
However, you still can't carry on school property, in government buildings or in establishments that sell alcohol for consumption (resturants/bars).

Not sure, i believe no, on second part.

Put it in a holster and it can be kept in the glove compartment, center console, door pocket, etc. That is current law.
With the new law the only limit is your imagination.

I was just asking my boss today if there were plans in the works to open an office in PHX. If so then I'm gone.

You may NOT consume ANY alcohol if you are carrying in a bar/rest.!

AZ Revised Statutes

4-244. Unlawful acts

It is unlawful:

31. For any person in possession of a firearm while on the licensed premises of an on-sale retailer to consume spirituous liquor.

This is for Nevada NOT Arizona.

No alcohol, while carrying, in Arizona.
