I just picked up this german police trade in P7PSP. I previously had a "C grade" PSP which was showing alot cosmetic wear but was a great shooter. This one is a "A grade" gun. The condition is quite good for a 25 year old duty weapon. It also came with a matching number plastic box VS a worn cardboard box for the C grader.

I also picked up some slim HK grips from Numrich that I have yet to install.

Can't wait to take it to the range later this week :)

Herzlichen Glückwunsch!

It really looks great. Does not show its age a bit. Let us know how it goes at the range.

Viel Spaß!

Nice catch. I'd love to get a PSP to join my P7M8 one of these days. Are the gas rings nice and sharp?

You think there would be a market if I made garden hoze spray guns that looked like P7's? Everytime I look at one, it reminds me of my garden hose spray gun. :p

Ever shot one? To shoot a P7 is to love it.

I personally think it's gorgeous and an example of genius industrial design. The clean sides and completely ambi controls are functional and attractive.

To think there are people that would argue that the 1911 is the "perfect" pistol.

To them, I present the HKP7...

I really did't share your love of the looks of the P7 series. At the beginning I though they were Glockishly ugly.

Funny thing was that every time I shot it it got prettier. Now it's gorgeous. :)
