It's not a carry pieces, just a range and match gun.

Well, the knife really is kind of a novelty thing, but looking back at what I've blown a hundred bucks on before....I'm just sayin'. :D

Now thats a sweet looking handgun, you should carry it. If you ever had to pull it, just the sight of that beautiful weapon would drop a perp to his knees.

I'm new to 1911's, and that's what I've managed to put together within the last year or so.

I'll tell ya this, it shoots like a dream in match competition. (9mm makes for inexpensive practice and low recoil)

And, yes, I just bought a Galco OWB just in case I ever wanted to carry it.;)

For anyone interested, you can put one together very similar for around $1K.

You're in Texas, of course you can! I'm not sure a used 9mm Commander itself would go for less than $1000 in these parts.

Most don't, but if you really keep an eye peeled you can find a rough one.
