I finally finished my first ar15 rifle which was a complete build which all started from one of my stripped kaiser defense stripped lowers.
Here is Randall Skillfully matching the feed ramps on my barrel to the feed ramps on the upper receiver.
lower: Kaiser defense

Upper: Vltor Mur-1a
Rail: Daniel defense Lite rail FDE
Barrel: Modified RRA SS 16" threaded .223 Wylde
Comp: PWS FSC556
Sights: Magpul Mbus
Optics: Aimpoint CompMl3
Mount: Bobro 150

Many thanks to Randall @ Ar15barrels would have never been able to complete this build with out his help.

it's always sketchy when you have that hack work on your gun. ;)

good looking rifle, but wow, that looks like a really, really, really heavy barrel for a carbine build! it almost looks like the diameter is greater than your brake. what's the overall weight of your rifle?

the rifle its self is heavy no denying that but it will mainly be used for plinking in the desert and at the shooting range. over all weight is around 10 lbs which is not to bad. Some new accessories i got in the mail today.
Magpul AFG in FDE and a Stubby 10 round pmag in FDE
