I'm trying to find someone who can make me a custom Kydex holster. It's for my Springfield MC Operator with a Surefire x400 light. I really like the design of the Sidearmor design in the holster, but they do not make a x400 model and do not do custom work.

Does anyone know of someone that can help me out?

Comp-tac. Contact them and they will do custom work.

I have one for my MC Operator; I shoot IDPA/IPSC regularly with it.

If you want off-the shelf, Safariland has one that accommodates the X400.

I like the design of Raven and Peters custom, but theres a feature I don't think they can replicate. On the Sidearmor, there isn't a crease at the front of the holster. I'd like a holster with a very low cut down the top, so the holster had a slit about 1.5" from the muzzle so it would make for a very quick draw.

Raven Concealment, but there is currently a 2-3 month waiting period for all orders due to popularity from the Magpul DVDs

What do the different cuts mean? I can't seem to find info about it on their site.

See down in the options where it says cut options there are normal and a few others and MD. Their normal has a cant while the MD is straight up the way Magpul Dynamics wanted them made.

What about the "barrel extension" under the cut options? I found the cut options, but it doesn't tell me about the barrel extension.

MD is with no sweatguard. The cant options have always been there.a

Link to the Safariland holsters that accommodate lights?

I talked to Safariland a few months ago and they said they were coming out with X400 holsters, but I hadn't heard anything else about them.

Can anyone tell me about what the "barrel extension" means on the cut options for Raven Concealments?

If you have a threaded barrel or compensator on your barrel, it accommodates for the extra length.
