Does the $750 include all the mags in the photo if I can legally possess them in CA?

This listing is just for the pistol/case/warranty card/lock/lube.

I'm trying to stay out of trouble guys ;)

I've received a PM or two asking for the mags to be disassembled and sent as "rebuild" kits but 18rd SCT Sig mags for the 228/229 didn't exist pre-ban so it's a stretch to say a person is rebuilding something that never existed back then. These base plates clearly have June'09 build dates on them :(

Anyone in CA that can legally own 18rd mags for this pistol can very easily order them from a host of online resources that are more versed in dealing with persons authorized in CA to own such things than I am.

Nice pistol. Fyi. It doesn't matter if the pre ban one were 13 rounders u can replace them with a rebuild kit that holds 11 or 18. The real argument problem would exist in possessing a rebuild kit for a handgun that didn't exist before the year 2000

Thanks, it's a tad difficult to stay up to speed on the various laws in CA regarding guns. Although I lived out there growing up, the laws have changed a good bit since I was a resident.

He's in Colorado. You'll have to have it shipped to your FFL. His ad says that his $675 price includes shipping, so you won't have to spend more on that. However, you will have to pay a FFL fee plus $25 DROS, so somewhere in the $750 range all told. If you don't have a Handgun Safety Certificate you'll have to take the test for one of those too ($25).
