I tried to find this but my search-fu is not working today.
What year did PPT's become required to be DROSed ?
What year did intra-familial transfers become required to use the DOJ form ?

I recall that just about all gun transfers in CA required FFL use beginning in Jan 1991.

I'm not sure when the intrafamily exemption occurred - I believe that may have been a function 'cleanup' legislation passed a few years later (1993? 94?), and would have required FFL use from 1991 til that date.

I do not think there was any time period after Jan 1 1991 when a non-inheritance/probate lineal intrafamily transfer did NOT require an FFL or paperwork.

Is the date listed in whatever related PC ?
