I don't know how available the DPMS Pump uppers are, but I think that would be a formidable rifle w/ detachable mags and a forward vertical grip mod on the pump.

I submit, because non-listed lowers are technically not banned, this would be legal.

Thoughts?

I contacted DPMS years ago about this gun. The problem is, is that the holes on the upper and lower are in different locations than on a normal receiver. Still it's kind of a neat gun

I did not know that. If this "pump" lower cannot accept normal semi-auto AR uppers, then this gun should be CA-Legal which I don't believe it is; banned by Make and Model(all).
