Appears this is one of the good guys for our side. I'd vote
for him as now things are getting to be at least for me, a
one issue scenario..CRPA likes him..Can't be all bad. >

Might want to add feedback. I did to show support for
Rep.McCarthy and his resolution on cleaning up Cal's gun laws.

Arnie said he wanted the gun laws cleaned up before he passed new legislation... apparently he forgot about all that.... *shrug*

Bad as AS is or can be, I'd much rather see him sitting in
the Gov chair than Rob Reiner, Bill Lockyer, Grey Davis,
or any of that group of far left people. I have a dark
feeling we're going to see worse things coming after the
election.

Here is the enemy..Ck out who chairs his campaign and check out
the endorsements. I'm telling ya, trouble is ahead big time.

And play this from Angelide's site. I have to
admit it is kind of funny.

OMG Phil Angelides is scarey!!! Barbara Boxer, Dianne Feinstein, AND Nancy Pelosi are all co-chairing him!!! !!!

If this extremist gets elected individual ownership of guns is being banned AND we'll probably leave the US and become an autonomous socialist republic within the next 10 years!!!

Sorry, I like him too. Unelectable in a statewide election.

I agree. He gets an A from the NRA. To bad he's got the anti-abortion chain around his neck, that's what kills him with the independent voters.

Yup. We're at the point where, simply by results and outcomes, that we must regard California "Christian conservatives" as anti-gun - because, no matter their expressed stance on guns, they keep fielding candidates that win primaries and which generally have no chance in statewide office.

Gun concerns are usu way down the list (7th or 8th, typically) compared to concerns about "choice", etc. amongst swing voters and "moderate conservatives".

Why is is so difficult to find a viable pro choice, pro gun candidate in either party?

You can throw in Jane Harman also. They are a representative of the people in California. People all over the country look at those Boobs and think we are just like them. Then there's San Francisco, I know there are some good people there, but that city has been hijacked by the criminally insane.
