At this point you should not concern yourself with brand or model - just that it's 'off-list'.
ALL forged off-list lowers will serve fine and make accurate, reliable rifles. They are interchangeable.

Yes, Superior makes good lowers. So do all other vendors of off-list lowers. All their holes are drilled in the right places, which is the thing that really counts.

Get what you can, NOW, and don't diddle around waiting for "the right brand".

THere are already plenty of superior arms lowers in the state as we speak. In fact someone posted a range report with a fully built up S-15 already.

BE SURE your Superior Arms DOES NOT have "auto" or pictorial auto markings on it. Yeah, I know it's still semi-auto but the DOJ has been using the markings as an excuse to confiscate these puppies.

Don't do anything. Just keep it and treat it like any other lower. If it is not yet in your possession, then hope it doesn't get confiscated.

And What If It Is?

Is what?

If it is in your hands, don't worry. If you are still afraid, I will give you $2/each for them.

If it is confiscated before it gets in your hands, buy another.

Just don't take them out in public until they get listed and registered. The law says you are ok, but the DOJ doesn't always follow the law.

Got two Superior Arms lowers. There's one more hole aside the pistol grip screw hole. It's used to adjust trigger. I heard that such feature is very cool. The performance improves a lot.:)
