For those in the SF bay area, does anyone know if Trader's still run newspaper ads on Thursdays? I haven't seen any lately in the chronicle or the SJ murky news.

Sometimes they post all their ads on their website. But based on below, you can see they haven't updated this in over 2 weeks. Poor marketing on their part. They use to be better about updating their specials page, on the web.

Its been a while since Traders has advertised in the SF Chronicle and the SJ Mercury. I think both papers refused to continue the advertisements.

They still run their ads in the Alameda Newsgroup papers...ie. The Dailey Review, Alameda Times, and a few others I can't remember their names...

Yeah, over the last year I would look at that page, it would always be 1-2 weeks behind. Guess that's okay if you want to know what you missed. :confused:

Why? Are the newspapers refusing to accept their ads? Did they determine the ads were not cost effective? Are they in financial trouble?

I can't remember the last time I saw a reeds ad in the merc.

Reeds had a big full page sale ad about three weeks ago in SJ Mercury
