GUN SHOW MERCHANDISE STOLEN

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Last night a trailer (CA Lisc. #4KR1971) (white 14ft double axle) was stolen from Citrus Heights (Sacramento,CA). The trailer contained the gun show merchandise of Petras Enterprises (Frank Petras, owner). Frank has been selling at CA/OR/WA/ID gunshows for the past twenty years and is well known to the gunshow community. This trailer contained Condor, Roma and Double Triple Assault Bags and Gun Cases, holsters packs & vests, Rifle Stocks and Barrels, ammo Boxes, gun cleaning supplies, etc. If you have been to a show in California, his was the booth that had it all! (Except guns & ammo). This was Frank's entire inventory and he could use your help to recover it. If you have any information regarding this theft please contact him at 916-725-7831 or your local police dept.

This Depression Economy is ratcheting down to the point of just about everything being stolen that isn't chained down!

A trailer Genset was stolen from the business that my wife works at - and it was chained to a post!

In hindsight, they will now take off at least 1 wheel to the trailers in their lot - but who knows if that will even help given all the apparent desperation out there...

If the damn thief is local and some what competent id think Denios is to close. Theirs a swap meet out in Marysville every weekend to. At least I think so I haven't bee there in years. Allot of stuff ends up dumped next to the rail road right of way I to will keep an eye out. I have zero respect for people who steal from us hard working stiffs. Best of luck recovering it Sir!

Be sure to watch Ebay too for new listings that correspond with the theft date. It sounds like most of the merchandise would be allowed to be sold on Ebay.
Thieves most likely jacked the trailer without any idea what was inside.

Will be keeping an eye locally.
Bay Area.
First clue:
Stolen things usually offered at cheaper prices
than average market value.
They'll try to make money as fast, as possible.
So, watch out for package (unrelated items) deals.
Huge discounts on bulk purchases.

Will keep an eye in the SJ bay area. In my experience, stolen items from SJ tend to end up for sale up north in Sacramento, and vice-versa..
