Electronic. I'm lazy that way.

Key and combo. The key is nice if I want to get in and out quickly during the day and I spin the combo dial if I'm leaving the house.

Otherwise the keys are available for unauthorized access. Keep the combination in your head, not written on a door jam or side of a drawer.
