Hey guys,

Was wondering if anyone knows anything about Pack
http://pact.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=19&Itemid=67

I placed an order with them on Thursday for one of there Crony's
But did not get any type of confirmation for the order.
I sent them an email with no response. (email was hard to find on there site)
I called there custormer support number on thursday got there mashine which stated there were closed today due to plant matanece and to call back tomarrow needless to say i called back Friday, Sat, Sun and the mashine still has the same message.

Also when i look up there crony on other sites like Midway its back-ordered to May

Has anyone heard of anything with them. I think if i don't hear back from them one way or another by Tuesday i will leave a message canceling the order and just go with a different Crony Manufacturer

Recived email today and called them back,

Seems my order did not go though for some reason so i was right to be concerned.

Also seems it will take 5-10 days for my crony to ship. WOW wounderfull.

So far not to happy with service.

Also did not know but the IR does not work with a battery has to be plugged in.

Guess i will have to make a battery pack for it also (radio shack yay)

Update:

I received my unit on April 6th.
My order was placed on March 5th.
Order was stated to ship in 5days.

After phone calls later it seems they were short on parts and waiting for a part for the IR sensor.

Unpacked and put together.

First thoughts though my head is it seems to be built flimsier then i thought by the pictures.
Played with the printer a bit seemed fussy.

So far my experince with Pact have not proved to be good.
Will update you with a range report once i get out to the range.
