Up for sale is a Sig R226R in .40 s&w.

$600 SOLD to gizmo7718

Buyer to pay transfer fees. I live/work in the Peninsula and would like to meet at City Arms, Jackson Arms, Roger's Relics, or Irvington Arms. (I will NOT do the transfer at Targetmasters.)

- Sig 226R
- Trijicon Night Sights (installed and still glowing)
- Two 10rd mags
- Hogue Panel Grips
- 80 rounds of loose ammo (50 Federal + 30 Fiocchi)
- Blue Sig Box complete with instructions and inspection tag

Seeing as I rarely ever shot it, I'm selling it and consolidating calibers. (This was my only gun in .40.)

I am the second owner and have put 270 rounds through it. I put 20 rounds through it yesterday just to make sure things were functioning properly.

The original owner put 150 rounds through it. He's a security guard and this was his backup gun, so it saw little use from him.

However, he did carry the Sig holstered a few times while on the job. As such, there is some holster wear (as pictured below). The front of the grip has had the finish rubbed off. The grip is still smooth, it's just the finish that was rubbed off. Also, the rear tail has some of the finish chipped off along the edges.

Regarding the Hogue Panels, the previous owner shaved down the front of the panels for a better fit. Otherwise, they are in good shape.

Other than these aesthetic issues, the gun is damn near new.
