OK, no trade deals worked out, so... Up for Sale

An early, collectible S&W pre-10, 38 special, 2” inch, square butt revolver. This is in excellent condition with good timing, lock-up, and no endshake. The numbers match with the exception of the grips which are not numbered. $375 now $350 obo.

This is an early 10, serial number S954,XXX, which puts its production between 1945 and 1948. It has the old single line address on the frame, and is early enough that it was made from left-over Victory model frames from WWII. It is in nice condition, but I consider it a shooter. It has some fading of the bluing on the highpoints and the grips have an unfortunate chip. The SN is stamped differently on the butt from most S&Ws I've seen. I have fired two boxes of ammo through it, but with a pistol this old, there is no realistic way to know the total number of rounds through the gun. A fun shooter and historically interesting revolver.

Also, I have a CZ-75B, 9mm with box, docs, and three 10-round magazines. I have fired 600 rounds through it and have found it to be an exceptionally accurate pistol. I believe the previous owner (I originally found this pistol here on Calguns), had not fired the pistol or had not fired it much. I tried to find the old post but couldn’t seem to locate it, if someone more knowledgeable finds it, that would be great. Either way, this is a nice CZ; I liked it so much I bought the SA version and plan on sticking with that. $475 now SPF.

The only reason these are up for discussion is they are doubles in my collection.

Trades are welcomed and encouraged. I’m not looking for anything specific, but I am a big fan of S&W revolvers/autos. I need a origional "paratrooper" SKS, and something in 45-70, lefty bolt guns in military calibers, or… just about anything.

I don’t care for AR platforms. Just not my thing.

I am located in Orange County, and transfer is to be done in the general OC area. If you have any questions, please let me know, feel free to PM me here or at silverback.e@gmail.com. Thanks for looking.
