Today's release of the California Regulatory Notice Register?

The last two Notice Registers were available on the web the same day (Friday). The three or four updates prior to that weren't available until the following week. I wasn't following it too closely before that, so I can't say whether or not this is unusual.

The 1/27/06 Notice Register has been posted and has nothing interesting in it.

Unless you're interested in mediterranean fruit fly quarantines or inmate grooming...
