before you guys ask sorry i don't have pictures. went to the range today and tried shooting at 100yd with AR+ta31h-g. i sighted it in at 25yd with a 1.5" low POI which should give me a 100yd zero. i set my target out at 100yd which was a shoot-n-see target and out of 10rds only 6 landed on the target and they are alittle low and to the left. should i adjust it higher and to the right or is it just me?

Adjust your scope.

if i adjust my scope for the 100yd and get that dead on, will my POI be off if i was to shoot at the 25yd

Many variables to consider there so no one will be able to give you an exact answer without more information.

Sight height from center of muzzle on the rifle?
Velocity of round at the muzzle, and it's weight?

A nice little free online resource to help you figure it out is here>>>
Ballistics calculator from Hornady (http://www.hornady.com/ballistics-resource/ballistics-calculator)

You will also need to know the ballistic coefficient of the round you're firing (most popular calibers/ makes/ and weights can be googled on the web)

Adjust it, each click is 1/3 of an inch at 100 yards. Your rifle will be zero to that specific round or one with very similar ballisitc characteristics.
