IYO, what would be the best co-witness type of mount/ring to be used with the Aimpoint CompM2 (AR-15 carbine w/ A2 front sight)?

I'm a big fan of the American Defense mounts:

+1, I have the American Defense Recon-S and I love it on my Millett DMS-1. I highly recommend them as well.

Plus, the American Defense mounts are not overpriced for the working class.;)

I like larue mounts, and they're priced about the same as competitors....+/- $5-10.

I'm using a LaRue LT-150 with my CompM2, and it co-witnesses fine.

BOBROs are excellent.

I still would go with LaRue.

Dealers love ADM cause they actually have dealer pricing. :)

I prefer lower-1/3 co-witness, but definitely get cantilevered, if you want the future flexibility of using a magnifier.

LT-129.

Pushes the optic forward and gives you a spare battery compartment.

Plus you get their lifetime guarantee.

LaRue & American Defense are both excellent choices

Bobro, Larue and ADM are all good to go. I personally prefer Bobro.
