What's up CalGunners...

I've got the Firearms bug and this is the latest edition to my collection picked it up yesterday February 13th:

it's a Rueger 10/22 Big5 Special Stainless with Black Synthetic Stock...

I got a Quad Rail, 3x9x40 Scope, and Tri Mag Adapter.

it's not done, but it's a start....

Definately going to get a KIDD Bolt arm, Ergo Ladder Rail Protector and Extended Magazine Release.

Here are the pix.

Total Cost of the gun is about $490 after taxes and parts...

I haven't fired it yet, so i don't know how she shoots

Fun and cheap. Here's my sub-$500 10/22. I did mine through Davidsons when it was on sale. $50 for the Weigand Combat Integramount (one piece milled aluminum scope base and rings). $50 for the Butler Creek rebuild kits x 2, $100 for the 3-9x40mm Bushnell starter scope, and $10 for the Leapers metal mag release (reverses the direction).

its Ruger, and take off that tactical crap. It's a .22 squirrel, metal fighting machine.

I like it too. There's no windage but for $50, extremely well machined piece of metal and no skill set required to install. I'm sold!

Killer,

Sorry, I just don't like all the rails. Why do you want the extra weight anyways? Also, those rings look a bit high. Can you really get a decent cheek weld with them?

Here's one of mine that I just put a carbon fiber barrel on:
