Top two ways of getting busted w/ an unreg'd AW - traffic stop and domestic violence.

Wow. I think the .22 is the least of his worries! Maybe attacking the girlfriend with a pipe might be a bigger deal?

Or O.J. Simpson

Yeah, but fortunately the Karma monkey finally caught up to him...... Just makes you wonder how stupid you have to be to not understand that - in the event you get a pass from something like double homicide, maybe you should not F up again.

I hear Nevada is tryin to put together a prison football team?

According to court documents, Arnold, the woman and Arnoldís wife were involved in a love triangle. Arnold allegedly blamed the woman for the breakup of his marriage.

As opposed to the ridiculous idea that Arnold might have had something to do with it when he took a girlfriend....

Arnold has remained on the Arroyo Grande City Council, but he didnít attend the last meeting on Jan. 12.

That seems to be the stanard operational procedure.

The burglary is a much bigger deal than the AW charge. But here's what is going to happen. Like we have seen in other cases the AW charge will get thrown out in exchange for destruction of the weapon. The DV aspect is improssible to prove due to a lack of independant witnessess so the DA will let the Defendant plead down to aggrivated Tresspass or disturbing the peace. No jail time. Fine and probation only. Thats the california way. He has to do it two or three more times before he ever sees the inside of a jail cell.
