Having heard about the attempts by the Gun Nazi's in Washington to go after the dreaded Black Rifle on CGN I passed on my concerns to friends and family in Washington State. I just got this from my buddy up there. http://emailiwontcheck.newsvine.com/_news/2010/01/29/3829092-olympia-wont-take-on-assault-weapons-ban Apparently Legislators in Washington have bigger concerns or maybe even have a clue that victim disarmament doesn't work anyways....

Score for the 2nd Amendment!

One of the many reasons I want to leave California and return to my home state. Mostly though, I just want the weather back.

The fact it did not even get out of committee is excellent excellent news.

This is especially good as I may have to move up that direction in the possibly not too distant future and would much rather the firearms situation improve rather than get worse.

I thought McChord AFB in Washington was a great place to be stationed. And even though it rains, it's really not that bad. I was allowed to live off base and lived in Puyallup.

It's my favorite part. I like having more seasons than "Sunny" and "Cold and Sunny." :p
