I would imagine that by typing in "AK Axis pin" in google that a bunch of places will turn up :D

What happened to the two that came with the Saiga rifle?

Let me guess... You drilled the original axis pins thinking they were rivets?

Damaged in a noob conversion gone wrong...

I was converting my Saiga 308 and after reading many conversion instructions saying to drill the pins out that hold the hammer and trigger assembly, I did that - not realizing that the 308 is the only model of Saiga that you DON'T do that to.. None of the instructions said that.. and I learned..

Thanks for the links, Marxdspot. Some folks say "Go Google it" (as if I did not know about Google), but helpful people like yourself actually have a suggestion or two to make. Thanks again.

Well, good luck to you. Seems like you'll be back on track after you get the pins.

I am located about 5 hrs north of SF. Any chance I could buy those from you via Paypal and you drop them in the mail to me? If so PM me and I'll give you my address. Otherwise what is the name of the Santa Rosa dealer that I should contact? Many thanks.

I'll tell you what. Make a $10 donation to Calguns and PM me Paypal Unique Transaction ID number plus your address and I'll USPS them to you tomorrow, make a $20 donation and I'll included a JTE performance trigger spring that retails for $14.95. http://store.carolinashooterssupply.com/servlet/-strse-328/AK47-Saiga-JT-Engineering/Detail

Can the JTE spring be used for import ammo like Brown Bear? I just saw a post indicating it may strike too lightly for non-US ammo, and I do want the option of using ammunition from beyond our shores.

Anyway you got a deal, good sir, either for the $10 donation or the $20, depending on the answer to the question above. Do I make that donation using the link on the Calguns menu bar?
