I have looked, and searched to no avail.
I have completed my milled receiver Yugo M70 underfolder re-weld, and have exactly 10 imported parts on it so I am in compliance with 922(r) but would like to have the style grip seen here instead of the polymer Yugo one without finger grooves.

Anyone know where I can get one?

Those are off Century built M70AB2's, so I would start there.

You are the MAN 69Mach1!
My eternal thanks.
Ordering one now.
For two days of searching through all the AK parts sites I could google up I had a funny feeling that 'just asking' the right group of people would pan out.
Thanks again.

EDIT:

WTF?????
Part is $19.95, and they want $27.50 for shipping, and handling?
It's what I want, but I don't want a $20 grip for $50!!!!!!
What a rip off.
Century must not like business because they sure lost any future business I might have considered them for with that one.

Anyone know where I can get one for a realistic Post Obama gun grab scare price?

The old saying beggers can't be choosers comes to mind... If I were you I would just search the internet up and down based on the grips name, or model number if you can figure out what it is. You might have some luck at a gun-show too.

Jesus, that much for shipping?! Just for a stupid grip?! Sorry man.

I have a suggestion that will only cost you shipping $$ at the most if your grip is in exc. cond. Owners of the newly built Century M70's dislike that US made grip. They would rather have the original Yugo grip, cause it "makes" the rifle. Put up a "want to trade" post on AKfiles, AKforums, AR15.com, and calguns.

Excellent idea 69mach1.
The grip is used, and has a few scratches but nothing that kills it completely for use.
I am attending a gun show tomorrow (working it actually) so I will try that route first.
Also will try to get a model number for it, and search the web that way as well.
Thanks for he suggestions.

Thanks Turbochris but that one linked is an actual Yugo grip like I already have on the rifle:

Gunbroker is a good idea also for perhaps finding what I am looking for.

One of the reasons I never cared for AKs was the grips. They all looked stubby and stupid to me. Then I saw a Yugo. The difference was night and day. Two months later I had built my first AK, an M70b1.

Keep the Yugo grip!!!

Nice rifle btw.

Century has a fixed shipping of $12.50 for any order to $500, if the order is OVER $75.00 (after $500, it's free shipping). Under $75.00, it's a fixed $27.50. I guess they don't want to mess around with small orders since they are the largest importer and distributor in the US, and mainly deal with FFLs. ;)

I can see that from a business point of view although when looking for one item it kind of sucks.
I will try the gun show tomorrow.
