random

Well, it's a picture of some rifles, and it's in the rifleman's forum, so why would this be random? Look how many there are!

Anyone know what this rifle is? I have no clue. Showing my ignorance here..

well, before the person edited the post, late last night it was just a link - no rifle picture as you see it now.

AND, when you click on the link, you also get a canoe, people, doors, bars, beach, cars, crowds, night, day, bombs, cannons, knots, ships, armor, and bugs! so, in a "rifleman's forum" that is some pretty random stuff mixed in with a scant few photos of rifles.

Numbered stocks, bolts in the white, turned down handles, sights ahead of the bolt... towns of Villahermosa and Veracruz... "half of all the guns in the entire republic of mexico"- must be some kind Mauser. :-)

Haha, there's a picture of a Browning .50 with the caption "this one is of french design, and so it doesnt work." John Moses would have his foot all the way up that poster's *** if he heard that.

Here are a couple of mine from the best national park in the country - Springfield Armory:
These are '03s in a centennial display.

This is a view of about a quarter of what's stored upstairs. For a few bucks they'll give you a tour.

T44, T48, T44E4.

Here's the one I got from the CMP. Early October 1944 SN#, with a 7-44 barrel in a Boyd's stock with NM op-rod and sights.
All my stuff is old stuff.
