View Full Version : NEED Help for GunPal - NO SERVICE RIGHT NOW?
SOMETHING is WRONG at Calgun's www.gunpal.com operations today !!!
When my customers CLICK on the 'G' Buy Now button - they're getting a BLANK PAGE ???
DOES ANYONE HAVE a PHONE # to TALK to a REAL Human at GunPal - as e-mails are going UNANSWERED & I'M LOSING SALES !!!:(
Yeah, www.gunpal.net would be the LOGICAL PLACE to TRY...
But No One's HOME or ANSWERING there 'Support' INQUIRIES ???
i EVEN TRIED THE GunPal page on FACEBOOK & no one ANSWERS THAT EITHER ????

My Buy-Now buttons are also bringing up a blank page...
I've logged a support ticket on gunpal.net and referenced this thread so hopefully someone will take care of the problem. Meantime Exile Machine does have online ordering through our secure website which is independent of Gunpal and just as easy to use.

Just FYI that GunPal doesn't belong to CalGuns, it's an entirely separate entity that just happens to be owned by one of the CGN and CGF honcho's.

Also, I've noticed that GunPal's promise that support inquiries are LQQKED AT every 15 minutes - SEEMS UNTRUE - as MOST of the RESPONSES I get - usually after 12 or more hours from the INQUIRY TIME
And most of the FEW 'REAL' RESPONSES (other than the Form-Letter responses) seem to COME in the MIDDLE of the NIGHT!!!
Come on Calguns - HIRE MORE PEOPLE or GunPal WILL FALTER & MIGHT FAIL !!!

AKdan a few things.
1. The site is http://www.gunpal.net/ not .com
2. Calguns, Inc. has no affiliation with GUNPAL, Inc. other than that I happen to sit on the board of both companies.
3. Send a support ticket in, and chill back on the caps. I made a quick call and your tickets have already been answered, and your buttons are working.

Well I guess I can delete the big ol' reply I was typing out!
GunPal just FIXED THE PROBLEM at 9:52 pm Mountain Time - but this SEEMS like SOMEONE maintains GunPal after they get home from their 'Day Job' ???
Are you aware of the constant problems that Gunpal.net has experienced several times this week?
1. Leaving off customer's addresses
2. Now I have a customer from Corsicana Texas (Boyd) who was told by Gunpal.net to go back in & re-list his address - but GunPal DOUBLE-CHARGED him & NOW he's still trying to get his $$$ back ???
3. This weekend - items I had buttons previously showing as $99.95 were showing .99 cents...
And there's MORE I could list if you really want to know....
Bottom Line - If GunPal is going to seriously take business from other payment services - YOU NEED a PHONE # LISTED - so people can CALL a Human Being - as it takes hours to get responses via the support form & e-mails !!!

AKDan, while this is a technology forum it is not the Tech-Support site for GunPal. Feel free to continue discussing your GunPal issues with Ben via PM here, but this thread has outlived its usefulness to CGN so I'm closing it down.

We have numerous protections against double-billing, as well as a 24/7 support staff with a 24-hour turnaround commitment. I am sure they will be able to resolve everything. If not, PM me.
