I recieved the book "M14 Rifle History and Development" by Lee Emerson. A lot of effort, research and love was utilized in writing this book. Impressive. A must for anyone who adores the M14 rifle. 10 out of 10!

Books are good. I like to take them to my local pub and read them in public and watch the reactions of the patrons.

This book has no illustrations, and is really meant for people that really like the rifle a lot. Very well written, and at 30.00 dollars a good value!

IMO there are so many accessories that a comprehensive book is impossible.

If you must have books, look for books by Duncan Long at the Cow Palace gunshow. Most of those are dated now. There are a couple of vendors that sell nothing but books.
NOt to change the subject, but along the same line that Ted took, If you are in the market for Beef Jerky, or Beanie Babies, the cow palace gun show, is a great source. Its almost as good as shopping on ebay. I've seen some rare never tasted before flavors of beef jerky at this show, and they give you free samples!
