The actual age I am unsure, It not old though. I have never even used it. Its a 20X50 with Fully Multi-Coated Lens's. Not a scratch or wear on it. I have attached it to the tripod, and looked out my window, Its clear, focuses easily and quick. The best is its tripods compact ability, Its light and has a shoulder strap as well as a belt loop in the rear of the carry case.
