Two times in the last 6 months I have dialed the number on your site and its disconnected.

I hear ya, I just called that number twice and got the "number cannot be dialed" message.

I received email from them on Saturday but my follow-up email has not been replied to. (I sent it on Sunday, however, so I hadn't expected to hear anything until today.) Nothing yet, however, and I was really hoping to order my new rifle.

OK I got a hold of them late today. The power was down and they have VOIP phone (bad idea). I highly suggest you buy a 1000w honda generator or large UPS for the phone system.

Sorry for the inconvenience. There was a wide-area power outage yesterday and even though our phone server is on a UPS, the phones themselves are not and thus the problem. VOIP is great for a small business phone system, and very affordable, but we are working on improvements to minimize down-time.
