I don't see these on the list. 8 round mags, no pistol grip.

ack, I wasn't looking at the complete list.

Apparently this "Kalashnikov USA Hunter Rifle / Saiga" would cover the aforementioned.

If I am mistaken, please do tell.

Yep. Stupid as it is, they are banned by name, so a no go.

With the Harrott decision, they just stamp a new name and it's legal again.

Yup its illegal:rolleyes: It can't even take ak mags without some modification to the receiver and magazine

I wish I could have a Saiga 12 gauge, but I heard they're banned. Even though they're shotguns, can they be due to the AK design? I mean hey, it's technically not an assault "rifle". :p

illegal b/c it is a semi-auto shotgun with a detachable magazine.
