Dunno if this has been posted here already. Remington UMC 9mm 115 grain 500 rounds for $134 in stock. Ask for rebate codes to avail of the $20 off. With the code that makes it $114 per 500's plus shipping ( around $14 to my zip ). Seems like a good deal to me.

Not that great of a deal, really. But if you can't find ammo anywhere I suppose it's OK.

Cheaper than my Wal-Mart prices. Thanks to OP for the heads-up!

my walmart sells these for $55 plus tax for a mega pack of 250 rounds. thats if they have them in stock. which is NEVER. I have only found them there once in the last year.

also, this thread has been in the marketplace forums for awhile and I believe it still works at BassPro.com

Pretty good deal if you're having ammo shortages in your area. The hardware store here in town is trying to sell Remington UMC 40 S&W 250 round packs for $94.xx. Cheaper then gun stores, but more expensive then WM.

I don't know how you figure it was $10. It came out to almost $13 per $50 for me.

But hey, ammo is scarce I suppose so have at it.

I can't find the Remington UMC 9mm 500 on the Cabela's site. They are selling 600 for $164.99 FMJ (before 20% discount + box). Bass Pro is selling the 250 pack for about $55 (no discount, no box). They've been back ordered for about 3 weeks, but I called and they said they were expecting a shipment any day and would be filling the back orders.

I checked just now and they are still in stock. The 600's your talking about comes in 100 rounds/pack that goes for $164.99/600 and they are not available. The 500's come in 50pcs/pack.

They have it on the site as a 250 round pack. So you order 2 of those, then apply the code.

We just had the BassPro deal ($103 shipped) and the Gander Mountain deal ($99 shipped) for 500rds of Rem UMC 9mm. This deal is ~$129 shipped which is still good considering the circumstances.

Decent deal for those who still can't find ammo.

And this this does not beat Walmart 9mm ammo (Fed/WWB) prices even with state tax added.

Last time I visited Bass Pro's website UMC's are on back order. Walmart around my area ( san gabriel valley/downey/cerritos) dont have 9's but tons of .40's in stock. They have lots of rifle/hunting rounds too. Cabelas ammo is better deal compared to big 5's and turner's.

THIS comes out to $14+/box of 50. (considering you won't ever get the rebate money, as usual).

'IF' you get the rebate, it's still $12.80/box of 50. I've seen 'em cheaper all the time.

But thanks for heads up...

For what its worth- Cabella's has been really good to me with their coupons, public safety days discounts, free ammo canisters and online orders.

I would recommend them and get any ammo while you can.

Cabela's good about what's in stock and backorders. It's great that they have coupons that offsets the shipping plus a little on the ammo. Instead of Remington I ordered the Sellier & Bellot. I've shot it before and it's good ammo. If you're reloading the brass, you'll have to check the primer pocket for excess red lacquer and clean it up beforehand.

I ordered mine{ 2-250 round} on Tuesday and it just came. I got 2 ammo boxes and 10 - 50 round boxes for the $130.00. Minus the ammo boxes, thats less than $10.00 a box. I'm happy.

I was in on both of those deals and got everything in a timely manner.

Basspro took about 2 months. I made 2 orders through them for a total of 1k rds. Both orders took about 2 months to get. But we knew it was backordered so it didn't bother me at all.

My gander mountain order was even cheaper. $99 for 500 rds shipped. so I made 2 orders there and got another 1k rds. Those shipped fast and got them about a week later.

I don't really check Walmart anymore since they rarely have anything and comparable prices can be found online pretty easily now.

This deal is decent if you couldn't get in on the other deals and Cabelas is good to go.
