I'd like to thank Jeff at PRK for turning out another beautiful Saiga 12!

This is the initial stage. I've got more mods in the works. Everyone knows that I can't leave anything alone :p

Yes. It's a non permanent, bolt on bullet button, that is by far the cleanest looking and most secure that I've seen/used.

Looks great!
How about some details on the mods?

Full conversion -all tig welded (no hack job here :) )
Moly coated OD green over park
4 gas ports - opened up and chamfered
polished carrier (super smooth action)
tapco stock (soon to be changed)
SAW grip (soon to be changed)
Chaos quad-rail
standard 5 rd mag (damn... out of stock on the 10 rounders)
PRK Saiga-12 bullet button
tapco fire control group

congrats! S-12s are sooooo much fun...
does the prk "converted" mag lock use the (relocated) factory trigger guard?
Im guessing youre planning on running a red dot sight on the rail...?

No. It uses This One (http://www.ak-builder.com/index.php?dispatch=products.view&product_id=29888).

As for the red dot... I an optic really neccesary? LOLO.. I mean, It's a shotgun :p

Truthfully, I'm not sure about optics. But it will get a light and forward grip.

cool, I like that mag lock setup...
Does that rear sight bead work through the rail? It doesnt look like it in the picture which is why I thought you were going to run a red dot...

No, unfortunately the top rail covers the front sight. I could mill a slot in the top rail for use of the sights, but this isn't exactly a surgical tool.

Dude, you need a better camera.

This thing looks even more bad***** in person.

Good camera (for a cell phone anyway), just poor lighting. It's all in the lighting :)

nice saiga 12, i'll be converting mine soon

now you need a nice pointy muzzle device

JagerTroop

yeah, I was thinking about the Chaos, but then I'll need a cover for it. That thing is sharp as f**k, and it'll end up tearing up it's case, and anything else it comes in contact with.

hahaha...I almost feel like some of those things should be classified as bayonets...ALMOST..

not sure if were talking about the "WARTHOG"

or THE......

"PorkyPine"

who's seen this thing?

I was refering to the warthog, but that porkypine is even worse.

I wonder when someone is just going to make a muzzle device that incorporates razors from a hunting arrow.

No you didnt!

Oh yes, yes I did.. :)
Sure looks like it could be made to work with a factory trigger guard...
My question should have been "can" it use a factory TG.

I wasnt insulting your reputation as a professional gun shop to consider using a factory relocated/drilled/hacked TG on one of your own conversions for a customer... but some of us DIY hackers, hammerers, slashers, and dremelers would rather go the cheaper route, as long as its still functional.
I havent seen your "converted" mag lock setup in person.
