Anybody seen the latest post of Billy Jacks on his site?

http://californiaconcealedcarry.com/blog/

I wanted to point it out in case he's really got something going. Calgunners in the Bay Area need all the help they can get for CCW's. Hopefully he can make the difference for a couple folks.

He may be on our side(still on the fence about that) but he comes off as an arrogant dickhead every time I see his writings.

My concerns with Billy Jack is that he has made posts that he is not for "Shall Issue".

I do believe that their are people who have significant good cause who can't get CCW permits, that being said, in principle my biggest issue with the current CCW laws are that they are discriminatory.

The reality is many sheriffs have abused their discretionary powers, it isn't just a few bad sheriffs, as such, the whole system needs to be revamped.

The fact that Team Billy Jack is going all over the state and finding issues with most departments to examine proves my point.

I do believe what Billy Jack is doing is valuable and I hope that maybe someday soon, that Billy Jack and the Calguns foundation can sit down and work together on things.

If nothing else, TBJ keeps the pressure on these Sheriffs and Police Chiefs. Especially those who issue to cronies and contributors and celebrities. Like LeRoy Baca in LASD.

Let's hope Sykes puts all their faces in the dirt and we become "Shall Issue".

Why would a business that has a vested interest in serving the current system wish it to change into one that no longer requires their services?

It was clear for a while he almost wasn't on our side at all, at very least antagonistic, but as of the last few months he's been gracious and friendly. I was among his most vehement critics on here but now have a lot better opinion of BJ than before.

I believe it was Oscar Wilde that was reputed to have said: 'It is okay to criticize me in print as long as you spell my name right'.

Billy Jack is an arrogant Prima Donna and don't you forget it! Guys, you can not go against law enforcement command staff with nothing but your Johnson in your hand. They dislike me more than some of you do.

As I am writing this our legal team and I have two Deputy County Counsels and their staff redacting over 1,800 pages of files and going over meeting Minutes and related documents that will establish that public officials have been falsifying CCW files for years. If you have followed our posts you can figure out which county we are referring to.

Suffice to say the Sheriff and HER Command Staff in this county are a little concerned about what will happen next. That is all I can say until a Complaint is filed in US District Court in San Jose.

'Rope with knot must first be unraveled before you can see the end'. Homage to humble Homicide Detective Charlie Chan for that one.

We also have a nice one about to hit the occilator in Southern California.

You make humble Brave feel like Sally Fields at Academy Awards.

Yes 'Virginia', there is a Santa Claus and I will help you. Anyone can help people that kiss their A&*. Bigger challenge to assist those that do not like you.

Now this is a statement that makes me reconsider whether my opinion based on prior reading was accurate. Perhaps it is accurate but incomplete having not met you.

For the record I think Billy Jack is alright. I do get a kick out of his antics, in any case.

Many Braves concerned Billy Jack not want Shall Issue as he would have no one to investigate. He do many things besides CCW 14th Amendment investigations.

Investigations related to recovery of high end property, EP, Security consulting. Jewelry shows, EP escorts to different places. He also do sub contract work for government agency that has 4 initials. He also conduct classes in Urban Survival and Personal Safety. When right case comes along does Pro Bono Cold Case Homicide investigation for victim's family. If I shared more I would have to kill you, your family and all pets. Billy Jack just kidding as he is a peace loving person.

Billy Jack also heavily into Tea Parties and working behind scenes in political campaigns. You might say he wear many hats. Investigations provide intellectual stimulation and support my lifestyle and hobbies.

CCW cases take upwards of one to two years so they might be considered a hobby by some.

Philosophically not opposed to Shall Issue but am realist. Political climate in sunshine state is almost a cartoon with left leaning Democrats and RHINO Republicans vying to out liberal each other. You want Shall Issue? Ingratiate yourself with SEIU. They control who runs for the legislature.

The state and most of its politicians are for sale and I do not think their are enough firearm enthusiasts to buy enough legislators to make a difference.

Just one Braves opinion.

Sounds like an interesting profession. I'm bored with mine, do you need an apprentice?

Billy Jack should have clarified that. If I try that type of 'escort', Squaw would make purse out of scalp and a water proof pouch out of another part of body.
