How is this CA legal?

Bump and explanation . I have many preban registered rifles that this would be ok with. This will be for those of you who have like rifles or would just like a part for future upgrade when you move out of California. Either way it is just a part. Use is descretionary. If Moderators deem it too gray area please Im me and I will erase it for sale. Note that I have changed the description on the post. Thanks

it should also be ok on feature-less builds and 22lr rifles.

Okay.. so they are designed to be used when using a "suppressed" rifle. Part of my question is what AR is not "suppressed"? That is, we almost all have flash "suppressors" on them so... is that what they mean by "suppressed"?

Now, not that I have yet had an issue, but would this be precisely designed to be used with something like a Noveske KX3 Flash "Suppressor" on a short 7.5" barrel AR Pistol?

They're designed for sound suppressors. Sound suppressors create more backpressure and tend to blow lots of gas and crap at the shooter. This CH helps mitigate that.

okay.. thanks

often the details on this just say "suppressed" so not sure if sound or flash or what.
