Does anyone know of a custom foam cutter. Someone or a company which specializes or has experience with cutting foam for gun cases. I seem to remember a guy here who advertised it somewhere in So. Cal.
Any help would be appreciated.

just cut it yourself. I use a old electric carving knife. best way to do it with a razor knife is to trace out the rifle shape on a cheap piece of thin wood sheet liek balsa wood. Then sandwich the foam between a piece of wood and the cut out form. then use bricks or cheap clamps to press down the form till its squished down. then cut away with the razor knife. Youll get the foam to cut just like the shape you have on the form. may be a little investment but if you have a few buddies with the same rifle shapes maybe you can share the cost of making the form. balsa wood cuts easy with a razor knife

There was a guy in SoCal I believe that had this as a business.

If you're interested in doing it yourself, here's a way that's apparently cleaner than using a knife:
If you're looking for someone else to do it, this place does. I haven't used them, and it looks a little spendy, but their work looks very clean based on pics from their site.

holt crap. $213 for custom cut foam for the Pelican 1750. $157 without the lid foam. It does look real good though
