Does anyone know off the top if non-firearms like black powder and airguns are included in the requirement to relinquish firearms in a DVTRO?

The Judicial Council Form DV-110 states that the restrained person cannot own, possess, buy or try to buy, receive or try to receive, or in any other way get guns, firearms or ammunition. Based on the form's language, in my opinion it covers both airguns and black powder firearms.

Airguns and blackpowder are not firearms per law. Strictly speaking, their projectiles are considered ammunition. As a matter of prudence, i do believe all of the above should be considered verboten if under a TRO

I do believe that Black powder and air/pellet/BB rifles and pistols are considered "Firearms" in the State of California in regards to Prohibited persons and R/O's
