WIN A PIECE OF AMERICAN HISTORY!
Greatest Battle Implement Ever Devised!

Earthen Vessels, a ministry of St. Thomas A’Becket Anglican Church, to addicts and substance abusers is raffling a Harrington and Richarson Model of the US Service Rifle, M1 Garand. The rifle is in excellent condition for a military arm build in 1953 and is pretty much correct. It’s serial number is 4678541. It carries the original barrel by H&R with good sharp rifling and a fairly tight muzzle. The Trigger Group is also H&R (the “N” variant), the Bolt is H&R ( U variant). Rear sight windage is DRC with WCE elevation. An added bonus is the Springfield Armory uncut –9 operating rod (correct for this firearm). The stock may be a replacement. It shows the faint remains of a ½ inch DAS on the left side instead of a 3/8 inch DAS and two Proof P’s (a non-serifed “P” over a serifed “P”).
Second Prize is a Factory Refurbished Poulan Pro 42cc Chainsaw with an 18” bar donated by Jefferson101 of the AW board.
Third Prize is choice of 10 G-3 Mags donated by Prometheus of the AW board or 90 rounds of reloadable .50 BMG brass donated by MrMitch of the AW Board.
Fourth Prize is what is left!
All legal caveats apply. Rifle will be shipped from my FFL to an FFL designated by the winner; mags will NOT go to any state that prohibits the ownership of the same.
Tickets for this rifle are only $10.00 each and there will only be 500 printed. Drawing will be held on the 1st of December, or earlier of all tickets are sold beforehand. Winners will be notified by telephone. Winner of the rifle will have to specify an FFL that he/she prefers to receive the rifle for them or a signed copy of their own FFL.
