Does anyone know of a good place where I can shoot a good 800 + yards at some big boulders near the bay area?

Sacramento has the 1,000 yd range, but they don't allow the 50's. So the furthest that I know of in the Bay area is Metcalf's 200 yd range.
Sned, also meant to tell you that on your BFG, I had already polished the trigger group to lighten the trigger pull. You can do it some more to see if you can do a better pull. But the best way is to use the safety trick.

Coalinga is actually a 1000-yard range - but there are no boulders there either. Just cows, and you break it, you buy it.
