I thought one had to be in the "business" to attend. I don't think they let just anyone go...

Tix are not hard to come by if you are motivated.

Okay, I'll bite. What does a motivated person have to do? Does one (me) try and see what happens?

Claim your business is involved with shooting/hunting/outdoor sports and pay the exhibits only fee.

What if I don't have a business and they ask for proof? I know, I'm over thinking this...

If you've never registered for a SHOT SHOW before, the application asks for an FFL, State Tax No. or Business Card. (I would think MS Word and a trip to the stationary store can fill the bill. The name of your "business" will be in big letters on your badge so don't go crazy there.)

Once you go to a show, you will be on their mailing list and future registrations will have your Customer ID number already on it.

I'll tell you guys what, I can buy a few extra tickets under my "business" if you cover my ticket $15 bucks :D :D

It'll save you the trouble of finding someone with a FFL or starting your own "business".

But I have to register by the 30th. I'll see how many extra tickets I can get, e-mail me if your interested.

Last years was a blast.

Bill, are you going this year too?

I might try to and go this time. I thought I'd never see Kalishnakitty again.

Funny I didn't see you there last year. Spent most of Sat + Sun there!

I have no idea yet if I'll be going. Depends on work. But I'm gonna buy my discount ticket now just in case.

It was a big show last year, no doubt we passed eachother many times. Sides, I was only there for Sun and did a whirlwind tour.

Bill, do you know how many guest tickets you can purchase per attendee?

Rika,
Correct me if I am wrong but weren't you living in the Bay Area. When did you move?

The shot Show is fun but it will wear you out.

See you there.

I will see you all there. Probably the easiest way to get in is to just buy your C&R FFL since you need one to buy a lot of old guns anyway! I too am willing to offer any of my employees tickets to go if they want them. You know your boss's e-mail so just send it to guns@tenpercentfirearms.com and let me know if you will be going and I will be sure to order you a ticket. They are only $15 before November 30th and $30 after that until I don't remember when.

Bill, despite our arguing about assault weapons rules in the past in the High Road, we should meet. I think I would be glad to know you.

I am still in Bay Area....planning to move to AZ to further pursue my comeptitive shooting "career" As if! It's just like half dozen reasons all lined up for me, including ownership of AR. :) Hopefully I will be moved by end of January.
