No you misunderstand; H doesn't take effect until April. So until then all of us that have handguns are free to commit murder and mayhem. Of course after that, we'll all be perfectly safe.

It's because the murderers were from another state where the barbaric practice of gun ownership is still condoned. This should be a lesson that the state of WA should adopt more sensible gun control measures as SF has. :rolleyes:

I thought all the murderers from other states were waiting until April to go to SF.
