The gun shows are extremely high density turn-outs of our supporters. If spending just ONE weekend, or just ONE day in a town you haven't been in before to collect the signatures then we gotta do it!

I have made up my mind and I will go to the Fresno show to pick up the signatures for AT LEAST one day and I would like to see more people help with this. If we miss ONE SHOW that could be that 5,000 or 1,000 or even 100 signatures we miss out on that prevents us from reaching 850,000!!! Fresno is an extremely pro-gun county so this is at least 5,000 or 10,000 signatures over the weekend EASY.

RKBA is our time to shine, our counter-offensive against the monolithic single party state. If one weekend sacrificed is the price for freedom, then I say that's a SMALL price to pay compared to the price paid by those before us who fought to win the freedoms that are now beeing voted away!

Keep in mind something else...

Many gunowners (especially the California variety) are extremely reluctant to sign anything. They do not want "their name on a list". I don't understand this attitude, especially in a state where every firearm transaction must go through an FFL; CCW's are at the whim of a petty tyrant; etc.

If you're looking for a group to overlap with that would have an interest in booting the caliban from the state legislature...look to the hot rod and classic car crowd...they stopped the clock at 1975 last year for smog and are going to try and move it again this year supposedly.

You might find more signatories at a car/motorcycle show than a gun show.

That's true, it could definitely be a matter of diminishing sigs due to paranoia. Just shows how brutally repressive the state government is. When people fear an "elected" government, then things are REALLY starting to look scarey. Well they're not REALLY elected officials... all the districts are rigged so it's no more of democracy than China claims to be.

That's fantastic!

Please check in with rkba@sonic.net We should be able to get you in for free, and you'll have a table too! :) I would also like to add your contact info to my show schedule at http://www.reformcagunlaws.com/GunShows.html both to show that that show is "covered" and so that if anyone else wants to join in.

Also, please note there are a lot of missing shows / dates on my page. If you run into more info, please fill me in!

I just signed up for the Fresno area and would be willing to go the gun show with you if my work schedule allows. At this time I have the day off but am expecting a transfer to another work location /schedule and cannot fully commit at this time. Let's keep each other posted.:)

I'm going to keep my eye on an upcoming show in Yuba Co. I'd only be able to work it on Sunday, though.
